If you think bad communication is bad, in 4 consecutive weeks, I had 4 confirmed bookings cry off right at the last minute, so lots of messing about trying to get an emergency punt.
What made it worse is that I only found out after contacting them an hour or so before the agreed time to confirm that it was still on.
Some tried to arrange another time, I just basically said no, there`s no way i`m going to bother with a time waster.
