Just recently I have sent three polite messages to three girls enquiring about meeting stating day, date and time for a meeting. Each one has read the message but not bothered to send a reply of any sort. Although not a prolific punter I have positive ratings on AW. The point of this post; is poor communication an indicator of poor service? or do you guys just fire off more messages or just move on and scrub them off your HL?

Not necessarily, but more often than not in my experience. And vice versa.

I try a couple of times to contact the SP through AW, and if there is no reply after that I move on. Not to reply to polite requests for booking and/or information is unprofessional.

It’s a disgrace because all these girls complain about TW’s yet do the same thing. I have fantastic feeedback on AW and always enquire in a polite manner stating clearly what I’m after. In the past I’d persevere but now I just move on as time is money for many of us and i can take my business elsewhere. Notice how a certain AlexaUK in Leeds has dozens of positives but half a dozen reds and that’s simply down to terrible communication.

I have found a few of mine ignored but I just put it down to having low feedback count.
I bet if my AW feedback was 100+ they would reply fast !!!

I don’t even have an AW account. I had one ages ago but it won’t let me log in. Gives me a link if I want to reuse my email but never fucking works. Only punt with a girl who has her number on display.

In fact I've noticed very little difference in the rate of replies whether I've had low feedback or high feedback.

The number of times my messages get read but ignored is nothing short of ridiculous. Even when I can be flexible with the time and invite them to suggest alternatives you'd be surprised how many times they still can't be arsed. Perhaps I'm over-egging it a little but it's still surprising since they should want the custom and many of these  girls include those who claim to be available on their profile or are advertising as "available today". At least it only takes a few seconds to fire off a message though so it's no big loss. I strongly prefer calling when possible as it's quicker, easier and allows me to get a feel for what they might be like.

Good policy. I'm still on 2 although usually only if I'm keen.

If you think bad communication is bad, in 4 consecutive weeks, I had 4 confirmed bookings cry off right at the last minute, so lots of messing about trying to get an emergency punt.

What made it worse is that I only found out after contacting them an hour or so before the agreed time to confirm that it was still on.

Some tried to arrange another time, I  just basically said no, there`s no way i`m going to bother with  a time waster.

I usually try confirm earlier than that (although of course it doesn't always mean they reply any earlier). It's definitely fair enough to reject them afterwards. It always smacks of them not being arsed the first time (even though they want the cash) and then when they can be arsed they contact you (which is poor form/desperate) to make another one, seemingly because they have such contempt for the people who pay their bills, they think it doesn't matter if they get messed around.

You can post some negative reviews if you want, it's well within the rules. Last minute cancellations are very annoying, especially when you have to chase them up for it! I should probably do some myself!

All of these had confirmed the booking, re-confirmed a couple of days before and only after I texted them an hour or so before the planned meeting did they say they wouldn`t be meeting.

To me, it`s just bad manners that they couldn`t be arsed to contact me to say they wouldn`t be meeting.

To me, if a service provider wether it`s a prostitute, a shop or a restaurant doesn`t provide the service that I wanted, I won`t go back, there`s plenty more that will.
