The only thing that can objectively tell the story of this entire debacle is the full text exchange between OP and SP, starting from when he made his so called morning demands, to the point where the conversation ended ... anything and everything else in between is conjecture, end of. And yes, every little detail matters - it always does.

It will not prove why she had to delay his booking which is the main bone of contention here.

His back to back claims are surmise and he was wrong to add it to the review title as fact. If she was planning on working back to back bookings then why text to move his booking back before the other punter had already arrived? In my experience of this the stalling happens at the last minute when the other punter is slower leaving than planned. I have not been on that train route so no idea on phone signal problems. Here message to him about the delay until 5pm might have been meant as a straight fact meaning she expected him a 5pm instead, and his alternative suggestion of 4pm does seem illogical if she was running late for 4.30pm.

Why would you suggest being half an hour earlier would make it easier, if the SP said shes running late?
Perhaps I'm re reading the email in a different tone now that I have seen his true personality?

The truth of the matter is, I got overwhelmed with commuting, admin and the sheer mental exhaustion of the job.
Tried to please too many people and it bit me on the ass.

We re-confirmed the booking this morning, then at 3.15pm she asked if she could move it to 5pm without explanation.  I couldn't do that so suggested bringing it forward to 4pm, as I could do that and it might help her.  She then went quiet on me and didn't reply until 4.25 (1hr 10mins later) when she said she would be ready in 20 mins.  Well I hadn't travelled as I wasn't sure what time we were meeting and she hadn't replied.

Besides, I said it was a long shot and it was just a suggestion to potentially help (as the OP said). I think you've claimed he suddenly tried to change the time and demanded 4pm but I've not seen any evidence that he did.

Which if we were to believe that it isn't, after seeing evidence which seems to point that she wasn't booking back to back, then technically that invalidates a part of the OP's original review which speculated she was.
