We're about the same age, and we both ended up using the same amount after trial and error.
Here's what I've been doing for a few months now, which works perfectly for me. I bought
generic viagra (100mg), which I use a
pill grinder to create a fine powder. I add 10 (smaller 3 gram) scoops of
stimulant-free pre-workout powder (containing lots of arginine, citruline, niacin, and a some other ingredients which viagra uses in its reaction) to the powdered viagra. I then mix the two together, and then transfer
1 scoop of the Viagra-Pre-workout mix per small plastic shot bottle. (I reuse turmeric shot bottles from the grocer.) I keep these bottles in my
grab-and-go punting bin with my watch, chap stick, gum, etc. When it's time to punt, I just grab and go. It's small enough to keep in my coat pocket without any notice. About 20-30 minutes before my punt, I add a bit of water, shake, and drink. When I get home, a quick rinse and I keep the empty bottle to be refilled later.
This has me quite accurately at 10mg per usage, and with the arginine, citruline, niacin in the pre-workout, that's plenty enough for a strong and reliable erection. If I'm planning on punting twice in a day, I'll bring two bottles, or different bottle with a double dose, which I drink half before each punt.
It takes about 5-10 minutes to prepare, and will last me 10 punts, so I don't have to do this too often. And because I'm using a more affordable, larger tablet of viagra, even with the added expense of the pre-workout it ends up being cheaper;
a single Viagra pill will last 10 punts. It also allows me to reduce my consumption of a synthetic drug (Viagra), replacing part of that dosage with natural supplements in the pre-workout (amino acids, citruline, niacin). I think this is safer, health-wise. I would bet that anyone could cut their Viagra dosage in half with the supplement.
