Yeah, very interesting and its good to not be bound by things. I'd say for me personally, what you could maybe call "healthy" "addictions" could be different. For example just things you really love doing, which you don't find a negative effect from. I like making music.
Even including seeing escorts. Being able to go without at times you need to as well is of course good though ha.
I wouldn't feel right really telling someone porn is "bad" if they don't find any negative effect for themselves. I just found though my case like yourself it was something I felt the need to do.

Ah I see. I felt it was also just a discussion forum. I'm not saying I won't ever review, it wasn't something I felt a drive to do as such for now as I was going to leave it as personal experience and keep going forward. They might be different with other people. I wouldn't feel right leaving negative reviews either as silly as it might sound ha. Unless maybe it was something I really needed to warn others of. Being an old codger with E.D. I have had to resort to 100mg sildenafil and cock ring with ok results.

However,  browsing through Superdrug, I came across a packet of 'Mendurance' supplements.

Amongst other things they contain l-argenine,  and caffeine...(full ingredients listed on I/net).

I decided to try them out with the sildenafil, and was pleasantly surprised to actually feel a semi erection just walking to the massage venue.......and that's not happened for years.

The effects continued during the massage and 😁 ending,  and so I was pretty chuffed!

The downside was that later in the day I developed worse than usual indigestion and headache, and also felt a bit light headed.
On checking my blood pressure, it was recording a much lower than normal reading.

I later checked on line and discovered warnings of combining l-argenine and sildenafil, so for me I'm a bit anxious about repeating the mixture.

It's not condoms. Never had an issue with them when I was younger and had the same 'mental boredom' with my wife and obviously no need for condoms with a long term partner.

The best one for me is from Super drug......doesn't coat much and it's quote strong.

I did many many years ago try a cock ring with my partner. I'm very very reluctant to use one.

So, I've had 2 weeks on testogel. I've had a punt in that time and I can't say it was any better than previous but reading a bit it does say it can take upto 6 months.

I have had a bad stomach which might be related but overall I think I've benefited in other ways such as better general frame of mind.
However, fuck general frame of mind, that's not why I opted to try it.

I still rarely look at porn, and rarely masturbate. Instead, I punt very frequently (~3 times per week, usually FS and a few massages here and there). My diet is the hardest and probably most important aspect to improve, but due to stress at work at the moment I tend to each quick and unhealthy meals. I've also gained back some fat, and long gone are the punts were girls comment on my flat belly. (I've more of a fat-belly now.) I'll have to work on this after my current demands are lightened.

I'm also still using just 1/4 to 1/3 tab of Viagra before sex, which is enough to last two separate punts on the same day, hours apart.

In terms of supplements, for nearly around a year I've been using Arginine and Citruline before punts. Recently I switched to a caffeine-free and stimulant-free pre-workout product called External Link/Members Only. It contains Arginine and Citruline, as well as a variety of ingredients which I haven't investigated fully.  Most are amino acids, and then vitamins like Niacin which is supposed to help ED. I spike in additional Arginine and Citruline just to make these the most dominant ingredients, and then I use this 20 minutes prior, and it seems to work well. Bodybuilders use this product to increase their pump and vascularity, both of which are an overflow of blood to the muscles so it seems reasonable that this would help ED. Since it might also have something to improve energy levels without being a stimulant, the hope is that it will also give me a bit of an energy boost for my punt (or second punt of the day) without making me jittery or nervous. Cost-wise it's a bit expensive, but I think this more completely supports the physiology rather than the 1-dimensional approach of just using Viagra alone. And it also lets me use a lower dose of Viagra, which compensates for the cost, and also reduces my intake of a synthetic pharmaceutical. It might be worth trying, or perhaps some other similar pre-workout on the market.

Good to know :thumbsup: As I've said before in this thread, luckily I've never had any issues with erections, and also the volume and distance I can shoot has often shocked and amazed GF's and WG's in equal measure.  Not quite Peter North, but who is?  :D :cool:
My problem has always been multiple pops and extreme sensitivity post pop despite either remaining hard for quite some time after, or regaining erection quickly.

So I had my first experience of using ED medication assistance and it made a big difference.  I usually get anxious when switching positions and my wood drops so I usually stick to one position.

Bought some 10mg Tadalafil and broke it in half as wasn’t sure if 10mg would be too much.  The 5mg done the trick. I lasted few minutes longer than usual and was able to switch positions without any issues  :)

I haven't gone the full vegan diet but have made some big changes. Cut down my intake of meat and diary. The aim is to have 3 days which are all plant based. Gym 3 - 4 times a week.

Weight is going down nicely, feel more alert, easier to maintain concentration at work. Managed two pops on my last pint which rarely happens, one was standing up which never happens!

I've lost over a stone since June. Given up dairy, much less meat, much more veg and fibre, beans, lentils etc and also started exercising for the first time ever. Just planks, press ups and dumbell work at home, 8 flights of stairs several times a day at work. Nothing major as I'll never go to the gym. Feel much stronger and certainly have more energy in punting.

I've made small, but sustainable changes this year, by finding bread and milk alternatives.
This substantially reduced the 'pregnant man' silhouette I've been rocking for the last few years.

it is for us to choose, so it is better to read 10 things and take action on one.

pure organic olive oil for better erections and penis health. rub it in everyday at the same time so u do not forget and you get used to "washing" if u need too.

black seed oil. Use it for few weeks if nothing happens stop. if something happens keep using it.

what ever you find in "pills" you find so naturally only it takes TIME to work.

exercise and good health is important too.

i use black seed oil weekends and olive oil everyday.

i use olive oil before i go to the gym.

i use black seed oil before i sleep.

i will not talk about results as i have been involved in penis enlargement and penis health for ages and i find it people just cant accept things.

I've made small, but sustainable changes this year, by finding bread and milk alternatives.
This substantially reduced the 'pregnant man' silhouette I've been rocking for the last few years.
Finding bread and milk alternatives that aren't absolute shite took some trial and error, here are my faves...

Milk  Oatley milk is really nice,* it's even creamier than full fat.
Having used it most of this year, I now find ordinary milk (in tea, porridge etc) tastes peculiar.

Thanks for fake milk suggestions. I've tried Alpro Coconut & Almond in porridge and they're disgusting! Will try the Oatley one next.

To increase your testosterone and get better erections you need to reduce your carb intake. Give up bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. All very high in starch and carbs. Increase your fat intake. Real fat like butter, full fat cheese, olive oil. Forget low-fat products. They take the fat out and put crap in to make it taste!

Switch to LCHF. You will lose weight, become more alert, lower your blood pressure, reduce your risk of diabetes.

Problem is, high fat diets damage the blood vessels, which is the major cause for erectile dysfunction and cardiovascular disease. I've also used low carb, high protein and high fat diets to get lean, but I was eventually convinced that high fat intake is a problem.

I haven't gone the full vegan diet but have made some big changes. Cut down my intake of meat and diary. The aim is to have 3 days which are all plant based. Gym 3 - 4 times a week.

Weight is going down nicely, feel more alert, easier to maintain concentration at work. Managed two pops on my last pint which rarely happens, one was standing up which never happens!

I've tried no-meat, no dairy for the past week. It's early days, but the erections seem more confident and more frequent. I'm going to stick with it for a month and see if the improvement is sustained.

Just thought i would share my experience with viagra and my experiements with it.

Early 40s, alittle overweight. Struggle to get an erection for sex, hit and miss with oral.

So initally tried viagra 50mg, experienced flushing and nausua. Product worked as i was fully erect but lost all sensitivity on my penis. 2nd time i took 1 hour before a punt and drank water and watched porn and got myself erect as quick as i could. This actually helped alittle as the flushing was not as bad and didnt feel sick however despite a hard erection there was no senstivity. 3rd time i took before a massage for a hour with HE, flushing was bad but the hour of teasing and relief in the final 20mins was very pleasing.

That was my first stage with viagra, in november i made some changes after more reading about it.

Started going to bed earlier, not drinking during the week. No coffee or tea and a morning walk. I also started to cut down the tablet size. First punt after changes, half a tablet. Seemed to take longer to take effect, flushing was still there but not as bad and sensitivity was ok. 2nd punt, half a tablet drank water and watched porn before punt, this was much better with less flushing and good sensitivity. 3rd punt i tried a full tablet to see if what the lifestyle change only, it wasnt the same symptoms as the first tablet i took. 4th punt i took 1/4 tablet 1 hour before, watched porn and drank water and this was the best so far. It took longer to get a erection but once it was there it was great, flushing was almost gone. 5th punt repeat and again spot on.

This worked for me, lifestyle changes played a huge part as i feel better about myself. Also a routine and managing the amount of viagra i need was important. I will continue to experiment.

So when you were taking a 1/4 of a tablet - you are refering to the 50mg tablet. Effectivey you are having 12.5mg then, is this correct.

We're about the same age, and we both ended up using the same amount after trial and error.




Here's what I've been doing for a few months now, which works perfectly for me. I bought generic viagra (100mg), which I use a pill grinder to create a fine powder. I add 10 (smaller 3 gram) scoops of stimulant-free pre-workout powder (containing lots of arginine, citruline, niacin, and a some other ingredients which viagra uses in its reaction) to the powdered viagra. I then mix the two together, and then transfer 1 scoop of the Viagra-Pre-workout mix per small plastic shot bottle. (I reuse turmeric shot bottles from the grocer.) I keep these bottles in my grab-and-go punting bin with my watch, chap stick, gum, etc. When it's time to punt, I just grab and go. It's small enough to keep in my coat pocket without any notice. About 20-30 minutes before my punt, I add a bit of water, shake, and drink. When I get home, a quick rinse and I keep the empty bottle to be refilled later.

This has me quite accurately at 10mg per usage, and with the arginine, citruline, niacin in the pre-workout, that's plenty enough for a strong and reliable erection. If I'm planning on punting twice in a day, I'll bring two bottles, or different bottle with a double dose, which I drink half before each punt.

It takes about 5-10 minutes to prepare, and will last me 10 punts, so I don't have to do this too often. And because I'm using a more affordable, larger tablet of viagra, even with the added expense of the pre-workout it ends up being cheaper; a single Viagra pill will last 10 punts. It also allows me to reduce my consumption of a synthetic drug (Viagra), replacing part of that dosage with natural supplements in the pre-workout (amino acids, citruline, niacin). I think this is safer, health-wise. I would bet that anyone could cut their Viagra dosage in half with the supplement.
