I messaged English Eleanor 3 days before the intended meeting and she got back within 30 minutes. We agreed on a date / time of 9.00 in the morning and I confirmed the 1 hour booking on Adultwork which she confirmed. As I was in the area about 30 mins before the meeting, I phoned for the full address but unfortunately, it diverted direct to Eleanor's answer machine.
As I had previously had settings problem on my Iphone (new phone) but is fixed now, I also had my Basic phone in case of any problem with Eleanor trying to contact me. I then left numerous voice and answer machine messages via both phones but received no reply after waiting about 45 minutes after the intended meeting time.
I was logged into Adultwork and noticed that Eleanor had logged in around 10.30 and then subsequently the "Available Today" sign appeared. Rather than wasting anymore time, I booked another more reliable SP (which I have previously reviewed) and left it at that.
At 13.45 I received a message from Eleanor, advising her phone wasn't working as the screen was broken and she had just been to get it fixed. I advised her that I thought this was nonsense but even if it were true she could have easily sent me a message on A/W to clarify the situation. I informed her of this but there was no reply? Unfortunately, Eleanor has form for lying when repeatedly pull up and this does her no favours.
As I had travelled from Edinburgh, I think this is very poor and disrespectful.
