The review you quote makes for very uncomfortable and disturbing reading!
Dannys - remember that punting is a transactional contract. You do your bit by turning up clean, polite, with correct cash, don't push boundaries, etc. If you fulfil your part of the agreement and she changes the conditions of the punt then simply mention it, ask if the situation can be resolved, or if she wants to shorten the duration then request a proportionate refund. I would keep it civil rather than confrontational. I would never condone aggression unless physically threatened / endangered, and where the threat of harm to me was genuine.
If she doesn't respond appropriately then leave and put up a review on here. For me there are levels of negative. A negative involving a poor experience where the punter has also mentioned and tried to resolve the situation , and where the WG has responded badly is more concerning than the poor experience in isolation.
