A lot of positive reviews and looked my type so I arranged a meeting with Alice- hour incall at advertised rates.  Comms were pretty straightforward until I received a text just before due to meet to say she had to cancel.  No explanation given (not that I would expect one, it's either a genuine personal matter or a better offer).   Doesn't sound like from reviews she makes a habit of this but unfortunately she did mess me about.

This review is worth more than her 4 positives to me... :drinks:

I'd arranged to see her last year through AW, and her feedback seemed ok, so I'd asked to see her and she gave me a date and time, but on the actual day she never bothered to confirm anything else (I've still the AW booking status log), and never got back to me. An utter waste of time and effort for me on the day, Ill avoid her in future.   :dash:

At least she condescended to inform you of the cancellation. I booked her a couple of weeks in advance and, hearing nothing more, emailed the day before to confirm. No reply. On the appointed day I sent a couple more messages; no response.
A few days later I received a profuse 'apology' from her via AW saying her behaviour had been bad, but hoping I would book her on a further occasion. Aye, right!
I've only been let down this badly twice in five years.

Why not leave a review .  As you had your time wasted

A new review thread can only be created once a service provider has agreed to a booking (e.g. verbally or by textual messaging). A meet does not need to take place, money does not need change hands, the only requirement is that the she had accepted the initial booking. Only one review thread is permissible per punt. Do not combine multiple punts in the same review thread, neither should a single punt be split into multiple review threads. Do not post the same review in multiple regions. Only sex workers can be the subject of a review, not a whole agency / establishment / brothel. Past or current sex workers or anyone related to a sex worker (e.g. boyfriend) may not review any other sex worker. Reviews must contain either a link, contact details or address (if publicised by the service provider). Massage-only reviews without any sexual services are permitted, but ideally should make it clear in the topic title. Only one positive review thread can be posted for a service provider by one member per 12 month period, the exception is if the new positive review is for a threesome or more booking. This 12-month restriction only applies to positive reviews, not neutral or negative (they can be posted anytime after a positive review). During the 12-month period a member can add their new positive reviews to their existing review thread in the form of a reply.

 :thumbsdown: Your a bit late, coming to the party now...a Negative review at the time would have been a much more useful contribution.

Jock, as you are a Scottish punter with a genuine potential interest in the matter, I shall reply to your comment.
In fact I did make it public on this forum that Ask-Alice was a flake who had let me down badly. You can confirm this by checking back on the numerous posts on this WG. I posted my concerns on April 5th, 2017 at 15.27 pm, under the title 'Alice in Wonderland'.
Do you care to withdraw your unjustified criticism of me?

I stand by my criticism as it was entirely justified. You are experienced enough, both in Punting & UKP terms to know that the correct course of action was...as I stated earlier, to post a Negative review...which would warn fellow punters and always show up in any future searches...unlike your 'Alice in Wonderland' post. :hi:

Look, I'm not going to engage in electronic ping-pong with you as you seem to think you are always right, so here's my last word on the subject-
1. Posting a negative review on a meeting that didn't happen is futile;
2. Warning fellow punters in the 'Regional Punting' section is entirely valid as it is a matter of public record;
3. My 'Alice in Wonderland' post DOES show up future searches relating to Ask-Alice, contrary to your assertion.

IMO, reviews of W/G's, that waste punters time. If a booking was agreed, are far from

futile;

External Link/Members Only or External Link/Members Only+

Short version: Time waster, double booking, condescending attitude and substandard service, with unwarranted comms.

I will add,

Reviews may help paint a picture, of what a W/G service and attitude is like, over time IMO.
