Another postscript. She's now at apartments near the City Centre, so a lot more discreet, but the room was very warm.

I think it's the fact that they are notoriously known locally as hooker hotels, so not very discreet if someone you knew saw you arriving or leaving as it would be pretty obvious what you were doing there.

It's going to be hard for her to swallow something that she won't take in her mouth, so do confirm this beforehand if it's a dealbreaker. You also can't guarantee that you'll get an honest answer, so I still wouldn't count on it as a cert.
