Presuming you go for a 1 hour session.  Places offering 30 mins are more likely to be rub&tugs, especially if they're a little seedy looking.  If you're only taking 30 mins then you're only going to get 10 mins of extras if you still want a half-decent massage.  Don't overpay for extras.

Don't be meek and nervous they'll clock you for a mark.  Be self-possessed, flirt a little, be nervous about the massage and if you've chosen well the girl will be undressing you, patting you butt or admiring your tackle with a greedy grin as she reassures you.
