Just to add to this - this situation arises when a booking request is sent but the girl doesn't confirm it. This means that you cannot leave actual positive or negative feedback (or Field Report) which would be included in the number for the rating. You can though send "Feedback Only" for a non-confirmed booking but they are not included in the rating count.

The rating could also show as zero if she has one positive and one negative, so always worth looking.   :hi:
