There was one thing I failed to mention is that for the first time I noted there were bespoke camera in the corridor where the flat entrance was. These don't look like they were installed by the property owners. They view the door as you come into the corridor and face toward the WG's door. So I checked the second floor and there's another one (same positioning), but there isn't one on the third floor. Not too happy on this 
The main door access is on the right having entered the car park.

Assuming it's £30, that's £150ph for a standard service of FK+OWO/CIM+sex - and the FK is very light.

Yes, I know. Taking that into account, I said I guessed CIM would be more than £20.

One understands anal, but I don't like extras for basic services - suggests the girl doesn't really enjoy them.

It was a cross between neutral or positive. I agree with what you've just said and for the same reasons pushed her to a positive. She's a lovely girl.
My other concern (nothing to do with Sasha) was that camera in the corridor...very strange
