A red flag is the AW feedback. A few hits on reverse image searches, but they appear to be escort listings (I haven't searched ever photo). The face looks slightly different for me, from photo to photo. Obviously the same girl, so a filter or two is definitely being used.

I wouldn't be put off by the photos, its just the AW feedback is a bit odd. You can't view the feedback of one of them, and other has 4 with three of them being from inactive members. Whenever I have attempt to see a SP with similar AW feedback, they have always turned out to be fake or a B&S.
