Profile is gone now, they made quick work of that 
I find that spoonfeeding the admins on VS or AW (doing their work for them) makes removal much quicker (if at all).
-Counterfeit/Copyright - Report it under this section: This is the stuff that they will always action. Shit to protect their arses, so if they are in danger of a copyright lawsuit they'll pull some z-list celeb's nude pics very quickly.
-Fake Profile - In their view its "so you say sir" They do pull them but this is the lowest priority. Cos if its fake what are you gonna do? Complain to OfPunt*? Sue them for wasting your whoring time? They don't really care if profiles are fake.
-Attach proof ie proper working HTML links to the legit site that has that exact picture.
Always report these lying bitches. Now some of them even blag it and state "100% Real: Whatsapp videocall me" and of course when you've wasted time asking all the basic stuff and you ask to WA them they agree but they've actually blocked video calls and then they fucking feign ignorance and never manage to unblock it. Good thing is now I am totally fine with walking away/being more assertive with them just by getting used to it.
