Last time I saw Kama was December 2018, and I mentioned in the summer of 2019 I might see her but did not.

What do you mean by "large"? None of the photos offered make her out to be anything other than slender without any significant belly or "thiccness".

For instance assuming that white button is 1cm across then as measured on screen she's c.65mm/3mm = 21 2/3 buttons across, so given her slender tone unlikely more than 3 times that around which is 65cm or 25.6 inches
The button is likely less than 1cm as it's on a bit of frilly.
