A quick freckle check of the upper chest shows they are different ladies. 
I considered that. I noticed the chest freckles you are referring to. The second set of photo's also shows a large back freckle, which is not visible in the original back photo.
Freckles aren't as reliable identifiers as tattoo's. They can fade or get darker over time depending on several factors, especially sun exposure. Also, photography effects like lighting or filters can also have a marked impact. Looking at a full size copy of the images there is a faded freckle which appears to be in the same position. Unfortunately, we don't have a clearer copy of the original photo to compare against.
However, I wouldn't bet on that. I'm more confident it's the same person based on several other matching body shape and facial features. (There is an arm tattoo on the original photo's too, but I think that has been subtly blurred out on the most recent set.)
