I do not understand what reasoning there could be to include that watermark of the hotel name. Infact, it would actually have taken a bit of effort to include it compared to a standard selfie. There's a slim possibility some inexperienced individual thought including the name of a luxury hotel demonstrates class. But that is a weak promotional effort, its a stronger indication Sergei stole the pictures and/or couldn't read what was written.
Edit: She also describes herself as mixed race. I think she has misunderstood how that phrase is generally understood in the UK. I might be behind the times, but I don't believe it has yet become used to mean one parent British, one parent eastern European?
