I don't think so necessarily, her upper half appears disproportionately large (big shoulderrs, small bum) because the photo is taken relatively close-up, from above.

Don't you remember anything from basic lens theory at 'O' Level?  :rolleyes:  :D

There can be plenty distortion around the edge of the lens. I think most camera phones have a wide angle which would exaggerate without any recourse to photoshop
