I've only just started using Gracies, but pretty impressed so far.

They could do with a calendar setting out the week ahead's availability of the girls.

Pretty frustrating trying to find out who's working on a specific day, by clicking on each and every girl's profile in turn.

There is a calendar. In the banner at the top it says incall and outcall. You'll then be able to see who is doing what on each day

I agree, not only is the incall calendar pretty pathetic but they also have a habit of changing it at very short notice. I don't know what happens when somebody books a particular girl and she is substituted, never happened to me yet, I assume the choice is go with the substitute or cancel. Most of their more desirable girls only seem to do outcalls too.

I've heard it's the "new" owners of Diamonds that own Gracies?  If true, would explain why a once decent and well run agency like NNE would turn crap (just like Diamonds)

I used to use NNE a great deal. It was, in my opinion, an excellent agency run by people who knew what they were doing. The new agency has gone downhill very quickly. I can never get through on the phone although to be fair they respond to texts. Very few girls on the rota.

Got to agree , the agency has gone right down hill.
No Darlo flat , tried the aycliffe flat and the last punter walked out of the door as I walked in , talk about back to back bookings . The front door is glass and shared access right opposite the flat ,so it was obvious .
No decent independents in Darlo either at the moment .
