There's really just not that much talent around these days, the prices are not good value for money and the few that are around people do keep them to themselves and to be honest I don't even blame them.
I used to scout for talent updating all the threads and every now and then I check to see if anything is new and it's just the same faces getting older, with the news ones being too expensive to risk. The ones that do get sampled and reported back there is a stampede then she becomes jaded lol. VFM punting in london is not that great at the moment. I think those with a higher budget will not really have these issues though so it really depends how much you are prepared to spend. There's no point posting in a bubble butt SP who is charging close to £300 for the hour with no intel, lots of people prefer some information before risking for that amount. I have a high rate of TOFTT and would normally report back but at that price range for a good quality bubble butt SP I am not doing that, for lurkers? LOL nah.
