I think they do, they are just taking the piss. We are in perilous times. Low supply, high prices and people are horny enough to pay them. The WGs still charging reasonable prices are most likely fully booked. It's a sellers market. Funnily enough, I don't think it was even this bad during the lockdowns last year. You know, I think punting may really end up a high earners endeavor soon in london anyway, up north still seems to be just fine lol.
