Yeah I find a lot of Brazilian women have what I consider a deep voice. I always assumed it's something to do with the Portuguese language.

As well as steroid use. Most of them have been bodybuilders (to varying degrees) in the past and they will usually dabble in steroid usage. Even the mildest forms of steroids can crack a female's voice for life
