In 7 years of being on AW that has never happened to me or to anyone I know
I have had one or two services ticked I didn't offer but that was because of swiping the screen and accidentally touching a service.  However again in 7 years this has only happened twice as I take care not to do it.  However it can't be that as the same service wouldn't keep coming up it would be different ones as the likelihood of touching the exact same spot by accident each time is very very low.
It's better to admit you put it on your list but only offer it to a few or to none rather than making out AW is at fault
