find most days are like that, especially when your trying to arrange something between 10-2 , most of them don't seem to get out of bed to answer phone before 12 

Seems if you want a decent punt you need to book days or weeks in advance

Geez peace!  At least half of them work during school hours!!  Try texting the night before, or early morning. There's always somebody available. Magalie starts at 6am apparently!

Totally agree Mr Small, and it really pisses me off as well  Circumstances usually always dictate that I'm looking for short notice bookings, and I find Im increasingly having to dig deeeper into the depths than I would ever voluntarily choose too
