OK, I don't know if this is the right place to post this but if it isn't the admin will move it.

I am seriously pissed off by the management at NTS. Today was my second visit there and for a second time a customer entered the room while I was with the girl.

The last time I was with Rachel and some random guy opened the door by accident and closed it right away. Today I saw Shia and another customer who apparently just finished with a girl and wanted to go back to the room he was earlier to look for his keys and entered my room by accident. The most shocking thing was that at that time I was banging Shia from behind very hard and I was just about to cum. This was happening towards the end of my 1 hour booking. Instead of leaving the room as fast as possible this guy just stood there and kept looking at us! I just said WTF man, just fucking go out... at this time the receptionist started shouting at him as well so he eventually left...

So instead of cumming and leaving more than happy (Shia was really good - I will review her separately), I had to stop and shout at this guy to leave the room. I had to extend my booking with another half hour so I can actually finish my job there.

After I finished I had to go to the reception and pay another 20 pounds there for the extension. I explained the receptionist that the reason for me to book more time with the girl was this idiot who entered my room. I asked why they don't put signs on the doors or something. The receptionist was obviously annoyed by my complaint and she said that it was not another working girl who disturbed us and she can't really do anything apart from apologizing on behalf of the customer.

I said that apology is probably not enough because this happened for second time in a row and this time it actually costs me more money that I wouldn't have spent if there was nobody disturbing me during my time in the room. She just repeated that this is how it is and there is nothing she can do about it.

I couldn't be bothered to argue with her anymore and just left. I will never go back to this place - SHAME FOR NTS!

A couple of years ago, I went to NTS and the girl that I had phoned about earlier wasn't there. They told me that she had to go home early, for some reason that I cant remember.  I had my punt with another girl. The woman behind the desk gave me a card so that I could have another punt with free entry at the door. I never complained first, I was just given free entry next time. Maybe if you phoned, and got to speak to the right person,  and told them about what happened to you, perhaps they will do the same for you. It might be worth a try.

Squire Haggard, thank you for your comment!

The last time I was there the woman behind the desk was different from the one today. I think the girl today was just a receptionist who works there. I may call them tomorrow and ask if I can speak to the manager and see what they say. Today was a nightmare though...

No offence. Management arent at fault.

Ive had maids walk in when i have been fucking a girl... Girls not at fault for the maid.

Lastly, there was no need for you to extend. You did that for yourself.

As for the receptionist fee. You pay for your time in the establishment. Their cut. You stayed for an extra thirty mins so more of a fee. You knew that when you paid the girl so you cant complain to the receptionist for wanting her cut.

As for complaining again, bw polite. If your going to be arrogant it wont work. Tell them what happened anr what fees u paid and they will more than likely compensate and offer some sort of diacount.

The issue is. You ranted on a forum first. You should have resolved it first with management than argue with a junior staff member who has no power (receptionist)

This problem requires a sophisticated, high tech solution.  We shall call it A LOCK.

Why the fuck would they not have locks on the door as standard?

Don't be a dick Benson. How can it not be management's fault when they have opted not to put a lock on the door?

It is the managements fault.

When he tried to complain the receptionist didn't tell him there was a manager and she made not much of an attempt to resolve. The management should train their staff that incidents like that don't happen.   Free entry is not much of a recompense in the circumstances .  I think he's right to come on here at least something might be done like locks.  NTS like the others although clean are a bit of a dump.  Surely enough dosh is getting spent in there to make it worthwhile to do the place up.

If this was a review about an indie girl who had left a door unlocked for someone to come in looking for a wallet she'd be slated- it wouldn't be the customer's fault, it would be the one in charge of the doors- so why is it not management's fault here?

Offline RogerXed

Shia told me that they are not allowed to lock the door for safety reasons. This is fair enough... at the end of the day they don't know what the person inside may decide to do but I guess they are ways to go around it... for example a big sign on the door handle 'do not disturb' like in the hotels or something.

The person who is saying that it was my fault... seriously?? I was not rude to the receptionist at all and like someone already said it is the management's responsibility to train their staff so they know what to do in this situation.

I am not super rich but I am not struggling for money either. The problem is not that I had to pay extra -  the problem is that they ruined my time and they didn't want to take any responsibility for that. At the end of the day there are other places where I can go and where other customers don't walk into your room. If they don't care about me as a customer I am free to go somewhere else and to leave them a negative review. This is how it works - no matter if it is a sauna, hotel or a restaurant.

Either a wee bathroom snib or one of those locks you can open with a coin would provide privacy and threaten no-ones safety. Sounds a lame excuse from The Management.

I cant see how the new town could be done up, scorpio certainly needs a makeover, the hairdryer has been broken for 10 years now.

These days I think  'Nu deranja' would be more appropriate to avoid any girls mistakenly entering rooms.

The rooms all used to have locks on at NTS, LSS and BSS...think Tara at New Town said this is a legacy of the 2013 raids

Is one of the showers at LSS still broken? and I presume the BSS telly is still stuck on SkySports News? as it was in 2006  :D

Im 90% in agreement wi you there MsDee.  Only quibble would be that some 'in use' signs to put on the doors could have prevented this. Maybe a tip for manager to take on board. As for locks on rooms. No way is a hoor going to feel safe in that situation. Even a mug like me can see that f.f.sakes.  A locked room is very different from a closed room.  Small, cost effective signs would have worked here.

It takes a certain type to put that amount of effort in to trolling. Pretty sure they could make a documentary about her.

Smallest , shitiest lock in the world. Wee bathroom slider effort. One that clearly upon opening the door , it would be obvious the room is occupied. Whilst similarly needing no effort at all to kick in , Incase of emergencies.
Even a ginger prossie from South of the equator could manage to kick it in.

Job done.

I know what you mean but they are all clean dumps.    The rooms in NTS were tiny and dated.

How about they start again nice big themed rooms and a big luxurious sitting area.  I was in Barcelona and for the same money that's exactly what you get.  Girls were quite nice too.

Hopefully managemebt will be reading this. Good idea. PLeases both sides. Our South African troll could kick that down no probs, just by leaning on it too heavily!  If her blogs to be believed, she was a copper back in South Africa!!  Sure she's kicked many a door in!  :scare:

Signs might not have worked but I understand the safety issue.  If the room had a simple Yale lock without a snib and the management and girl kept seperate keys.  Then if there was an issue management could get in quickly if they needed and girl could exit quickly on the Yale if needed.

Even if they can't be bother or don't want to invest more money to deal with this problem they can at least train their staff to provide good customer service. In this case the reception girl could have told me that this is really not cool and she can't do anything about it right now but she can take my number and the manager will call me on the next day to let me know what can be done in this situation. And even if they don't give me refund or discount they can at least call and apologize and tell me that they will make sure this won't happen again if I visit them.

Good customer service is not necessarily discounts and refunds - it is also making the customer feel like you care about his problem. This is something very basic and it is not my job to teach the receptionist such simple things.

...they can at least train their staff to provide good customer service.

I admire your optimism, but I'd think the chances of a sauna owner actually providing staff training is about as likely as Kylie Minogue and Jennifer Lawrence dropping round to my place at lunchtime to ask for a quick threesome.

You have to remember that these are still, despite having been around for years and years, seedy, underground businesses, that rely on a clientele that wants the maximum pleasure with the minimum fuss. They can get away with providing a shit service (if they want to) because they know that hardly anyone will complain, and most guys will keep going back regardless.

Of course, if out beloved government did the sensible thing and legalised the operation of brothels, one of the side-benefits might be better regualtion, which might lead them to treat their customers a bit better. But we all know that moralistic half-wits in Holyrood aren't going down that road anytime soon.

Good point I suppose they are always on a knife edge and normal competition rules are unlikely to apply between the different establishments.

Offline willie loman

I find them significantly friendlier and indeed more efficient than other organisations that I deal with, eg the library, the swimming pool, the doctors, most supermarkets. Scotland is the only country I know where the offer of assistance sounds like a threat. "Can I help you" bellowed across the room. You should just have choked her and pulled her hair.

I thought no locks were standard practice in a sauna for safety reasons?

The amount of muppets that saunas get - i thought it was standard practice not to lock rooms so that if someone screams help they run in.

Never beem but figured that these venues had security at the front to get in as well as a maid/receptionist

Lol

He extended time with the girl. Afterwards complained to the receptionist. Had he complained at the door openimg and then took it up with the management it is their fault.

He extended on his own. Then bitched after - to them it looks like he is trying to skip out on the extra fee.

He should have complained or said fuck off loud to the intruder

Interesting how in one thread you say you have never been but in the next thread you seem to have quite an insight.
Thanks again for the insider info.
In fairness I have only been to saunas three times in Scotland and a few times in Barcelona.  I totally get the security aspect but that can be achieved surely without scarifying the punter's privacy.  In Barcelona it appears the establishments run smoother and are a lot nicer places to be in.  But agree with others that the legal position is totally different so owners here won't be willing to spend to much money on something that could get closed down.

Offline auldie63

'not willing to spend much money'? c'mon a few wee snibs or hooks & eyes would not exactly break the bank but would stop the door being opened by 'accident', and could be put in by even the weediest 6 stone weakling should a punter turn nasty.
Ain't been in one for many years but seem to remember there was always a means of securing the 'cabin', door in any I went to.

Offline nike

I remember that they all used to have locking doors, before the change in Police , head honcho, and the fiasco that followed. The locks were removed , not for security reasons but as a direct result of the police scotland actions. Why they can't put them back now, who knows. :unknown:

Offline willie loman

The lay out of the new town means you can open the door by accident, have done it myself and been victim myself, while at the crucial moment it could be a serious inconvenience, I don't imagine it is usually a big deal, some punters would probably enjoy being watched.

Ive seen the pics of saunas so have the general sense of direction. Not hard to figure out how they operate unless your a total muppet and need a helping hand.

Main reasom for not going is i book escorts when out of town.

Wouldnt want to bump into anyone i know in an open establishment

Not defending the management.

You cant book extra time then try to argue your way out of a management fee who charge per the allocated time regardless ot circumstances

1. I booked extra time because I was horny and needed to finish what I couldn't finish in my time slot due to the circumstances.

2. I didn't argue with anyone - just asked nicely why is that happening every time I go there and that this time it was a bit too much and in a really wrong moment. Instead of understanding and at least a minimum effort to resolve the problem I got quite an odd explanation and "we don't give a shit" said in a polite way - hence the negative review here.

Offline RogerXed

I was there last week and now they have locks on the doors. Don't know if they've read this topic here or somebody else complained but the issue is fixed now. Well done NTS management!
