The review was written for it's purpose, to inform. She's been reviewed positively before so YMMV. In my case several factors, the main one being bumped on time and a poor service made it a negative.

Neither can I, just an empty gesture - shame she couldn't of offered a decent service, I pitty da fool who would meet up with her again to get a refund as anything could happen.

I did ask her, but she was vague mentioning she had a friend in London. Why would I meet a stranger to give me back some money. As far as I know, it could be a pimp, security or someone could be hidden snapping pictures and looking to blackmail me. Sometimes,  gesture needs to be well thought out and not vague. I have no intention of seeing her again as the whole point of a punt is to have that gfe illusion, which in this case has been ruined so even if her service was improved I still wouldn't be able to enjoy it.
