I rang and asked Jessica what time she might be available as her green light was showing... she told me 1PM which suited me, so we agreed arrangements and jumped in the car.. 5 minutes from arrival I sent a quick text saying my arrival was imminent... I got a call straight back saying the person with the keys to the apartment was delayed and I'd have to wait half an hour... this wasn't great but manageable, so I agreed to wait...
30 minutes later I sent a text asking how we were getting on... no reply... phoned, no response... sent a text saying I couldn't wait indefinitely, no response, so I gave up! THere really isn't any excuse to not letting me know!
I eventually got a text later on saying she was sorry and that she had messed up... I replied saying these things happen, and would she be willing to offer me some form of gesture for a future booking. She agreed (without being specific), but only on the basis that it was the same day! There was simply no way I could arrange anything and that was that!
in fairness to her she did apologise, but my suspicion was that she only did so on the basis she was looking for another booking!
that was 3 out of 3 no-show disasters in the same weekend!
