I took a rare step and pre-arranged a visit (I almost always go for same day, fairly short notice punts) with Michelle but even then it was only 24 hrs between first contact and meet.  I only did this as Michelle is so well reviewed and seemed to tick most of my boxes, so I felt it had to be done.
