If that is all an agency is when broken right down. It does kind of make you think why girls would want to join them.

To be totally honest, while on that, I am never sure why these girls join these new agencies as opposed to just sticking with the established ones.

Agencies fly up all the time, and I can say for the North East every new startup agency bar one in the last 5 years has fell by the wayside pretty quick. (i.e Allure is the one I was meaning incase people were curious what the 'one' was)

It just honestly feels like people have these Del Boy esq get rich quick scheme idea's and its "I will start up an escort agency and make a fortune". And its never-ever as easy as they seem to think. If I was a girl I would never join one of the new ones.

Of course they have to pay tax by law, but it's a cash economy and as such they tend not to

I would be the first to criticise an agency if it was in the wrong, but I'll give this one the benefit of the doubt until it actually opens for business.   

They can't really do any more than tell you it's a trial site with fake photos.
