Although these fishy odours are a big turn off, it isn't a sign of bad hygiene, it is usually a bacterial infection. Sometime the over use of condoms can bring about this odour.
But bacterial infections are easily treatable from her GP. And it isn't something that is infectious, it can't be passed from her to a punter for example.
I'm sure that Khloe is a very clean girl, possibly too clean as the other person as just said.
