I saw some negative replies to Kim on here, and I see the admin of Cherrys Massage replied - but quoted "It's called punting because you're taking a chance."

I thought I'd add my opinion based on 2 visits.

Ruby - This was towards end of 2015 (end of November or early December from memory). They took the money, then in the room Ruby made it clear she did not want to offer Oral at all, not even covered - even though this is considered included in the base price. basically, it was off with her clothes and straight to sex. She made it very clear wanted me "in and out" in the minimum time. No oral, no massage. If she offered any less, it would be "thanks for the money you can leave now". Complete waste of time. Her attitude was so bad it was a complete put off and I just wanted to get out of there and cut my losses.

Kim - This was in Feb 2016, she at least offered oral, but when asked for OWO she said she did it, but it was £20 extra. Now I though that's a bit steep, but given the base price was not to bad I agreed. But I got less than 20 seconds worth before she wanted to move on. When I asked for reverse oral, expecting a yes or no, but I got told "That's an extra £20". for reverse oral? I've never heard of anywhere charging extra for that. She made it clear she was just out to overcharge the punter as much as she could.

I know this is supposed to be considered a cheap place, but £40 for sex and oral not included - rip off, and £80 for sex + owo + reverse oral, again a rip off based on the price of the competition.

So back to the original quote from Cherrys admin on here - "It's called punting because you're taking a chance." - I can understand that if your just incompatible with the girl or don't connect, but to be charged for a service that's not included, or to be overcharged for specialities is not chance - it's just plain been ripped off. Save yourself the time and money - If your going to pay the upper price region that you would end up paying here, you may as well go to Sandys (if your willing to travel out of centre a little) or Cosmopolitans. At least the prices there are standard and they are not out to sting you with "hidden" inflated prices for specialities.

Ruby was sacked in December. Unless customers complain to the receptionist we have no way of knowing what has taken place in the room. Kim no longer works here either.

I can only apologise for the poor service you received but rest assured all complaints are taken seriously and will be dealt with accordingly.

Offer accepted! and I'll post an updated review however it goes. 

My post however wasn't intending to trying to blag another punt, but to point out that all is not as good as management seemed to be under the impression of (although the response does show they are catching on - so there is some hope there)

Some of the issues could be prevented easily with just minor changes - such as listing what specialities the girls offer (at their own discretion of course), and only listed if they offer them at the house standard price (is there even one or are the girls allowed to charge what they want?). Most other establishments with sites list the specialities each girl offers and yet your website/twitter is lacking this, and it's not a good sign when the customer feels they have to go in with an open cheque book so to speak, or risk disappointment.

I don't want to sound like I have huge expectations from the girls, they do this job by choice - but they should accept some standardization such as house prices for specialities (or if they are not prepared to do them at hose prices, not to offer them) and minimum expectations for basic service or it's not fair on the customer who then pays based on those expectations.

As for raising things with the reception, not all punters will feel comfortable with that. On my second visit the place was packed with a load of Irish people over (some fight or something on) and I really did not want to cause a scene in front of them (for the benefit of the girls potentially losing customers by them going elsewhere) and the bouncer (he seemed pleasant enough, but I would not want to mess with him). Sometimes the best option is just to leave and admit it was a failure.

Anyway I hope that can all be taken as constructive feedback.

Wasn't this place shut down at least once towards the end of last year?
Now they are back again do they have to be a little circumspect ? i.e. Better to stick to promising 'sensual & full body massages' rather than specify detailed lists of sexual services on a 'per girl' basis?

Cherrys hasn't been shut down. It only opened in October. Every girl who has worked there has their ID checked and must provide proof of their right to work in the UK. Even the British girls have their ID checked. There is also a strict no drugs or alcohol policy in place.

As for any girl ripping customers off by over charging in the room...once any complaint has been reported and passed on to management the girl loses her shifts and is removed from the website.

One thing that annoys me personally is that unless the customer complains to the receptionist or if its busy perhaps they could phone the desk and let the receptionist know that their was a problem or the girl has tried to over charge them. We have no way of knowing and allocate her more shift.

The girls all work on a self employed basis and I don't think its fair for any business to end up with a bad reputation because of girls who get the sack and move on to another establishment and change thier work name and the nice girls who give a great service who don't over charge lose business because of them..

Excellent that's good to know.
A punter posted on here that you were raided on 17 December. Another that your twitter feed indicated reopened on 19 December. So that's where that story came from.

If you look at the Twitter page and go back to those dates you'll see that we were open on all those dates and which girls were working.

On the 19th December the receptionist had dropped the mobile phone and there was a replacement issued the same day. That's why we had a landline installed.
