She has a lot of positive feedback on AW but if you check the review sites you'll find a common theme; often dirty (and not in a nice way...)  and unreliable. I spent a lot of time arranging a duo with a very specific scenario.  When I arrived they hadn't bothered reading my mails.

The bathroom was a mess and the toilet didn't work.

I then spent 20 minutes enduring the poisonous slag they employ as a maid telling me how lucky I was that they'd deign to see me at all....  I walked.
