I leave send her a shitty text she replies 5 minutes ago so hour and a half later, saying "i was busy sorry couldnt answer"

having punted a few, W/G of different nationalities, one thing is clear to me. Never External Link/Members Only by where their from, because that External Link/Members Only a lot.

But deciding on who and where to punt with takes a fair bit of our time and money: I personally - and I'm sure quite a few others - have decided that the odds are so bad that it's not worth the risk.

Punting is taking a chance, some times it pays off, others times not!

Yes, with Romanians it's not generally that they need to be blacklisted - not thieving, or fraud, more like crap service or sometimes bait-and-switch
