As I said above, where is the line between cash and kind?  i.e. where does prostitution end and civvy street begin?  Is a one-night stand with someone you met in a pub and bought drinks for and, maybe, also dinner an example of prostitution?  I think it's different for every individual, and we would all define it differently.  Extremes are always easy to define but the difficulty is at the margin.
