Perhaps we have been unfair to the OP, but my concern with a question like this is, that if there is a risk of meeting coerced WGs, it is more likely to be in this age bracket. Now don't ask me to provide statistics or evidence, but when ever you read about this kind of thing it tends to involve young, vulnerable girls, rather than more worldly and mature women.
Personally I couldn't suggest any WG I knew to be in that age bracket as I suspect that those who state those ages are more than likely in their early to mid twenties. A genuine 18/19 independent is likely to do very well, but I haven't seen any reviews to suggest there are many around.
