Sadly not the case. There's often debate on here when someone lets slip or confesses to having done precisely that silly thing. Because the board absolutely relies on the integrity of its reviews (in marked contrast to the AW feedback system, which works against the interests of punters and in some instances prossies), it's one of those topics that gets a good going over, even when mentioned in jest. It's probably akin to telling customs that you've shoved a kilo of cocaine up your arsehole for a joke. They won't risk it and will ensure you're subject to a right exploration of every nook and cranny of your rectal, bowel and intestinal areas. Hence the metaphorical inspection of your back doors here

Indeed. It's just as soon as there's any whiff of benefits for positive reviews everything can quickly turn to shit. Especially if you're new here, that potential compromise isn't immediately obvious. So whilst I have no problem with some of the banter and the humour of throwing our toys out of the pram once in a while when we all start taking ourselves too seriously, it really is worth avoiding doing so around this issue. As commented elsewhere this site should be about reading about punts (and associated business). It's only worth doing that if we've got as much faith as possible that those reviews are indicative of the experience we have a good chance of getting.
