I just purchased some kamagra gels from KamagraLondon. It says each packet contains equivalent to 100mg sildenafil. I was fine with a third of a 100mg Viagra pill ie c.33mg. I guess just take the whole lot and see what happens. Must remember to take ibuprofen before and drink lots of water and a hay fever tablet for stuffy nose! Bloody hell, it's like a 10 point list for a shag!

Is it safe to buy Kamagra from here ?? Has anyone tried it and believe it is a genuine sildenafil citrate ??

thanks

I don't take either of the pills mentioned in the title of the thread. Instead I take a Tibetan Herbal Supplement that is very effective in giving me an erection!!!!!!!!!

I have bought from them on two separate occasions and was happy. But to be honest its much more sensible an option, and cheaper an option, just going to Asda and buying it through them.

Thanks for info AnthG.
Regarding ASDA I do not know about the ASDA but they still charge me for consultation which they will add at their price ...
Also I remember a few people in this forum has mentioned they also got charge for consultation in ASDA.

I haven't noticed anyone say this. And I never got charged anything like this when I went to Asda.

It literally is just a quick 10 min chat (at the most) just for the pharmacist to ask you are not taking nitrates or anything to cover themselves.

People have been saying they have been walking away with 8 x 100mg tables for £6 which is a bargain. And especially as you know they are 100% legit and true pharmaceutical grade stuff you are getting.

Just go to one of the very large Asda's is all I would say.

You can get this from certain sex shops (the sex shop I buy this from is called Simply Pleasure). The link to their website is as follows;
External Link/Members Only. It is a packaged in a red box and is entitled "Extra Strong Food Supplement For Men". The supplement comes in a green capsule and contains 450mg of the following ingredients;

Ginko Biloba, Rhidiola Sacra, Ginseng, Dodder Seed, Fructus Lycii & Cinnamon

I take this every time I punt as it definitely works on me (I tried other pills but found that after a while they become less effective).

If you Google "Extra Strong Food Supplement For Men" and then go into images, it will show what the packaging looks like.

For me it is most definitely a fine product!!!!!!!!!  :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Damn it, wish I knew this last week! Never mind, I just got 24 kamagra from the store mentioned above, used them 3 times in all and they always deliver!
This time however one of the packages is damaged and the silver foil is broken, not sure if I'll use these 4 or or not

Thanks again AnthG
I have tried to search the post regarding prescription charge in ASDA but could not find it.
It seems the price that people have got from ASDA pharmacy is random but the general consensus is that about £9 for 4x100mg. A few people get it for less but this is very random.

I have been quoted 8x100mg Kamagra for £14.40.

Also I just tried Doctorfox (Uk registered phramacy as they claim)
External Link/Members Only
I got the following

Erectile dysfunction tablets

Prescription Fee £3.00

Sildenafil 100mg 8 tablets £17.80
Sub-total:   £20.80
VAT:   £0.00
Delivery (EU only) to    £2.90
Currency Converter Promotion code? Total:   £23.70

As you see the total price for 8x100mg generic Viagra is £23.70 in comparison to £18.00 in ASDA.
What have I missed here ? I could easily see that £23.70 is higher than £18.00, but here there is no need for bullshit consultation, no need for traveling (e.g time and fuel)  and you get it at the comfort of your keyboards. What I have been missing here guys ??

Below are few examples of people who got it for around £9 in ASDA.

Went to ASDA this week to get sildenafil.
As the previous posters have said, consultation was quick and easy and cost £ 9 for 4 pills of 100ml.

Other Points to Note:-

They did want my (real) full name, DOB and address. They note this down on your NHS records. They looked up my details on NHS register so had to give them real details. Pharmacist explained that they need this info incase something happens to you and the hospital/doctor etc. needs to see what medication youve taken. Pharmacist told me all this info is completely confidential and you wont receive any letters or phonecalls to your home address or your GP.

I told Pharmacist I had previously bought Lloyds Pharmacy Viagra at 100ml and wanted to try the cheaper ASDA. In saying this, ASDA were happy to give me 100ml sildenafil, not the 50ml.

ASDA policy is to give a Max. of  16x 100ml sildenafil every 8 weeks.

If you do buy the Tibetan Herbal Supplement, then you need to take the capsule on an empty stomach, as it is more effective that way. I personally take it about 4 hours before the scheduled punt, and don't eat anything in the hours leading to the punt.

Yes, the picture shown is the product I am referring to. It is also titled as Extra Strong Food Supplement For Men.

In terms of what I pay, no, at the Simply Pleasure sex shop in my hometown (Leicester), they charge £12 for the 2 capsule box and £30 for the 6 capsule box. I buy this product over the counter from the shop, not online. I can see on the website they charge £16.99 for the 6 capsule box.

I call it the Tibetan Herbal Supplement as it is based on a Tibetan receipe.

Haha, yeah right - I suspect that's just marketing to be honest.
What you decide to put in your own body is entirely up to you but I don't think you should be recommending that other people here take it.  Taking such things can pose a serious risk to health.  Not only that but you're paying more for your herbal remedy than most of us are paying for the real thing - so why bother?

Don't believe it's risky?  Do your own research then - for example...

A ‘herbal Viagra’ sold in many traditional Chinese medicine stores contains ‘dangerously high’ levels of prescription-only anti-obesity and erectile dysfunction drugs, the UK's medicine watchdog has warned. Despite claiming to contain only herbal ingredients, the product actually contains up to four times the levels of the pharmaceuticals found in legal prescription drugs.

The above is an article about a similarly-marketed supplement, also sold in sex shops and called "Jia Yi Jian".  Interestingly even though the packaging states that it's all natural, each pill was found to contain over 50mg of Taladafil (Cialis) which is more than twice the maximum dose.  I reckon your Tibetan Herbal Supplement is just another "Jia Yi Jian" and will be analysed by MHRA sooner or later and exposed as such.

I share the same opinion with you. Many of herbal supplements or natural ingredients on the internet is just a gimmick. As the word herbal sounds good for people who might think it is natural, no chemical pharmaceutical ingredients.

It is very hard to believe that you could get very high level of concentration of end results just from herbal (in natural way) itself without using the same extraction method found in pharmaceuticals medicine. The danger here is that the levels of the pharmaceuticals contents might be unknowingly very high to get the strongest possible effect and people do not realize it before it is too late.
I am thinking of the following example:
External Link/Members Only
I will need 50mg Zinc for my daily intake.

I know I could get it either from pharmaceutical supplement or from natural way
From pharmaceutical supplement I will just need one tablet a day will fulfil that needs

But from Celery, the Zinc contained of 100g of raw celery (e.g. approximately a half stalk of celery?) is 0.13 mg. So to get 50 mg I will need to eat celery like a goat e.g. 192 stalks to get the same result with pills. I will need to be a goat to get the same result I could get from natural source of Zinc.
The genuine Herbal should be like the natural food source without chemical content addition. If this is the case a herbal medicine will never get the same results with pharmaceutical equivalent without using a similar extraction method used in pharmaceutical drugs. For that reason I will never believe of Herbal medicine. It is just a gimmick using scaremongering technique of chemical toxin contents in pharmaceutical medical so they could sell it for a premium price.

Moreover herbal madicines come from the countries where very little of the drug ontrol, very easy to fake items, etc.

heath warning for herbal viagra
Tuesday April 7 2009

'Jia Yi Jian' contains harmful levels of prescription only drugs
A ‘herbal Viagra’ sold in many traditional Chinese medicine stores contains ‘dangerously high’ levels of prescription-only anti-obesity and erectile dysfunction drugs, the UK's medicine watchdog has warned. Despite claiming to contain only herbal ingredients, the product actually contains up to four times the levels of the pharmaceuticals found in legal prescription drugs.
The unlicensed product 'Jia Yi Jian', has been analysed by the MHRA and found to contain the undeclared ingredients Sibutramine, used to treat obesity, and Tadalafil, for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
These drugs are licensed as prescription-only drugs in the UK. Potential side effects include significant heart and blood pressure problems and potential harmful interactions with other blood pressure and heart disease medications and some antidepressants.
The MHRA warns that this product presents ‘a clear risk’ to consumers and that anyone taking it should stop immediately and consult their GP.
What is the product?

Jia Yi Jian is manufactured by Hunan Aimin Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The MHRA reports that it is sold in many traditional Chinese medicine stores.
It is marketed online as a ‘100% natural solution, which can be taken regularly, without the harmful side effects and risks often caused by similar western remedies’.
Who has given the warning?

The warning has been issued by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), which is the government agency responsible for ensuring that medicines and medical devices work and are acceptably safe.
Why is it dangerous?

Despite claims that its ingredients are 100% natural, the product contains dangerously high levels of two prescription-only drugs, which even when given in normal doses, can have potentially serious side effects. They can also have harmful interactions with other medications.
The first, Tadalafil, is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and the product contains 50.06mg of this ingredient, more than twice the maximum dosage allowed in legitimate drugs (20mg per tablet).
The product also contains 68.1mg of Sibutramine, which is used to treat obesity. This is more than four times the 15mg allowed in legitimate drugs.

These medications are carefully prescribed in the UK, and patients receiving these medicines are regularly assessed and monitored.
The potentially serious side effects for Tadalafil include heart and blood pressure problems and priapsim (persistent and painful erection).
The potentially serious side effects for Sibutramine include heart and blood pressure problems and mental health problems.
I have taken some Jia Yi Jian. What should I do?

Anyone taking the product should stop immediately and consult their GP. People who are considering taking it for erectile dysfunction should instead visit their GP with the aim of having a proper diagnosis and getting legitimate medications. This could also have other benefits, as erectile dysfunction can also be a symptom of serious conditions such as heart disease.

The price of 63p per tab in ASDA is very random, these might be very lucky to get it at that price. If you see my post above, in general people get at the price of £9 for 4x100mg tabs. So the difference is not significant if you factor other things such as :
- Traveling cost (e.g. fuel, time) you will get right at your door at the comfort ordering at the comfort of keyboards.
- No need for bulshit interview ...

Note: I have no association with DrFox, Just taking it as an example of UK prescribed medicine online

Please be aware, the general ASDA price is 4x400mg = £9 (not 63p a tab). People who got it at 63p er tablet must be very lucky but there will be no gurantee that if they are coming back, they will get it at this price.

But I prefer to buy it from a UK- regulated pharmacy as there is gurantee that the ingredient is the same with what has been claimed on the package. If it is not I could get it cheaper from buying abroad ...

I understand the concerns over herbal alternatives and their effectiveness.... However with the alternative that I have been taking, I have never felt any serious side effects or developed subsequent health problems. :unknown: I did get a slight headache and felt warm on a couple of occasions after taking it, but nothing ever major.... I'm still here, I'm still alive!!!!!!!

I have been taking what I have been taking for the last 4 to 5 years. If I ever got serious health problems from it, then I would have discontinued taking the Tibetan Herbal Supplement a long time ago!!!!!!

I did take other alternate sexual enhancement pills..... Nite Rider and Maximum Virility.... which are sold in sex shops. I admit that at first they worked, however after a while they became less and less effective... So I returned to the Tibetan Herbal Supplement and will stick by it as I find it effective..... If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!!!!!

Guys, a lot of this thread seem to be about where to buy etc

I got a prescription pretty easily from my doctor. I have never taken Viagra or similar products

i dont really have any getting it up problems as such, i just want to enhance certain special sexual experiences (e.g. when i visit a FKK in Germany)

Can i do any harm to myself if i take Viagra as a 'nitrous oxide boost' as opposed to an 'engine starter' ?

Of course he did. Risked his licence to practice by prescribing a drug for recreational purposes. I don't care how cool he is. If he's a doctor then he's not stupid.

Viagra itself won't increase your levels of horniness, it's an aid to improve erections.

You could be right of course. It might be highly refined shite. But there are lots of licensed pharmacies that the U.S. (and hence the U.K.) go to great efforts to blacklist just on account of their not respecting patents on the drugs. Argentina and India are two examples. I bought a fucking carrier bag full from the biggest.most modern chemist store you can imagine in the heart of Buenos Aries. Nothing dodgy about them: just a big fucking finger to the U.S. and their drug companies.

Similarly India told the U.S. where to stick their drug licenses, they were making generics and the U.S. could like it or lump it. The top Indian online pharmacies (with real addresses that you can visit, real phone numbers, real support with questions answered quickly and even things like side effects discussed by a qualified person) run a very god service.

It doesn't mean you can't get rogues in such countries but you can get rogues here too.

The only problem I have found with the Oral Jellies is because its a liquid their expiry date is usually a lot sooner (by a factor of years) than the tablets.

So basically if you are going for the jelly. Don't buy a lot of it. As basically its expiry date will be within a year or so. Whereas tablets you are talking 5 years.

How good it is if compared to Sildenafil Citrate (generic Viagra). Does it really work to make you stay hard and perform with 12 girls in a row for the duration of 12 hours, with multiple limited orgasms, say with 3-4 cums?

My experience of using Viagra.
I am a type II diabetic and get all the regular 6 and 12 month check ups. Each time you get asked having any erection problems and of course you like to show off and reply with a "you are joking I go like a train... or similar". This time, as I had a weekend trip in Bristol coming up and knew the chance of a punt can not be missed I thought I would suggest a few little problems maintaining erections and straight away it was we can do something for that.  The NHS are only allowed to give you 4 x 50MG tablets per month, that is your limit she giggled when she handed the prescription over.  It is actually the trade name Viagra that I was given with it emblazoned on the box in blue.
Had been out in the afternoon and had a few beers around town with the last one I took half a tablet (25mg) knowing I would be back int he hotel in about an hour and the punt was booked to meet at the hotel.
Will give punt details later but the tablet worked well.  No real side effects at all except maybe for feeling a bit flushed but managed 3 pops in just over an hour, erection felt firm right through when normally a 2nd pop would feel not as hard as the 1st.  1st pop wasn't really delayed any more thannormal but 2nd and 3rd were a little longer than I expected for the activities.  All in all a good experience.
BUT then I have since tried with the other half of the tablet, granted I only gave it about 20 mins to work instead of the hour and although got the flushed in the face feeling it didnt have any effect and only managed one (maybe as it was the Mrs??  hahahah   :sarcastic:).  Had eaten something before on both occasions but not sure how much effect that had.  I think it is different for each person who takes it. Doesn't make you any hornier but taken 45 mins to an hour before will allow you to keep an erection or to recover much quicker than normal. Got none of the headaches etc but did have a bit of sinus problem 2 days later. Not sure if that was connected as I do get that sometimes anyway but have heard it can happen
Not sure if this helps anyone but thought I would share my experience

50mg is perfectly adequate for me however I've discovered that if I take 100mg then I have a much better punt as my cock could knock through concrete (possibly) and I can last longer. Sod the side effects (face flushing, headache, blocked nose, blue-tint to my vision, the shits! :hi:)

I know it's not recommended to take a larger dose than is needed. Sometimes I wonder if it's punting that I'm addicted to or the pills that enable me to do it.

I am staying in SOHO starting tomorrow and just realized I only 1 one pill left from my US Prescription for Cialis my 3 week european vacation (5 days in London, the rest in Germany/France) so I will need to pick up some more while there. It seems ASDA stores are all well outside London and not particularly close to Tube stations so what other options to do I easily have to pick up more while staying in SOHO? I am open to sildenafil, Viagra or Cialis. Is SuperDrug in SOHO my best/easiest option?  Thanks guys.

Can anyone confirm that generic Sildenafil does exactly the same thing as actual Viagra? Are the ingredients any different at all?

Sildenafil is the active ingredient contained in Viagra (Viagra being simply a brand name) so both would have the same active ingredient and do exactly the same thing in theory.
Having said that, many people reported better result when using the original Viagra branded pill, but this could be placebo effect.

Exactly.

Asda still doing both. Viagra £27 for 4 50mg tabs. Sildenafil £9 for 4 100mg tabs (easily split in half )

I've always bought my Kamagra from the internet, never had any problems with it, usually very fast delivery and very discrete, my original supplier did close so I found another and did a small test order to test the water which was fine. I always buy a bigger order, usually 52 or more and the price drops under £1 a tab, that way always got a decent stash and also I can pass some on to friends.

I usually cut them in half and keep some in the glovebox in an old mint container and carry a bottle of drink in the car to take them with, people who see the mint container haven't got a clue what's in it and it's good because if your out and feel the urge your not up shit creek because you left them at home, also handy if you happen to get lucky if your on a date or in a club, it's good to not rely on them but have them there as a back up when your having one of those days with things on your mind.

I would say don't keep taking them regular, give yourself a break from them as you do get facial flushing, stuffy nose, also the effect you get depends on what you have had to eat or drink, a light meal and they work wonders, after a pizza and a few beers not so, I did try some of the jellies, they work well, quicker then the tablets and I found adding the jelly to a little bit of lemonade in a glass made them work really well.

:drinks: I have to report that some times even after no food and just water when using the Asda specials  the effects are not great maybe I ve taken the bit of the pill without the active ingredient in :D However when I have used the Llyods stuf which is a bit more pricey and more of a plarva to get it has never failed to give the best of boners with minimal flushing ect Kamagra always gives me more reactions including head ache :( a colleague which I often work for has a constant blocked nose and slightly flushed face which bemoans to the fact he takes stuff daily both Cials and sidefel have same effect on him . He does more walk-ups than I would like to think about he is there daily! :( so it goes with the job  :drinks:

Although it is the same active ingredient there could (at least hypothetically) be a difference due to the way it is made into a pill. Soluble ones for instance enter the blood stream faster and if sucked under the tongue bypass teh stomach altogether. The degree of coating could also affect it. For blocked/congested nose, take the Sudafed I recommended earlier: it works exceedingly well. People's tolerance varies a lot, and anyone who wanted to up a dose by a gradual or small amount is not that likely to drop dead as a result. There was a recent case reported however of a youngster that "took a whole packet" (didn't say what size packet) before going out to get pissed (apparently so he could still shag when he was completely and utterly lubricated off his face). They had to slit his penis to drain some blood.

Out of curiosity can pharmacists reject giving the tablets on age?

I am constantly stressed by work and in my 30's so have a little trouble getting it up sometimes. I want to use it but always seemed a bit embarrassed.

I asked my GP and he said I need to exercise more and eat green vegetables (I go to gym 4x a week and my diet is healthy on par with that). He seemed reluctant to give it to me.

What shall I do?
