I'm so so disappointed to be filing my second negative review of the year, but I really have no choice.

Jessica95 has a string of great reviews here on UKP and has been on my radar for some time. Following the launch of UKE I decided to get in touch and arranged to meet for a 1hr incall in mid-December, friendly messages swapped, booked via AW, number and postcode provided.

I duly turned up on time, parked and called her for final directions. The call rang then went to voicemail, so I left a message. No problem, lots of people screen their calls, so I waited a while but heard nothing so called again - still nothing. Waited a bit longer, texted and eventually after 45 minutes, got fed up, found a Plan B, texted my farewell and headed off.

A few hours later I got an apologetic text from Jessica explaining that she'd mislaid her phone. Never mind said I, these things happen and agreed to re-arrange in the New Year. Not great, but she'd apologised and given an explanation.

So, fast forward to last week... I'd seen her get a bit of a let down on her gang-bang (Saturdays are no good for me in any case) so I got in touch with her to rearrange our meet. We swapped a few texts then spoke on Monday afternoon to setup a new 1hr incall, yesterday at 5.30pm. She has a lovely voice, we had a nice chat and I knew I'd have to leave work a bit early and chance the traffic but it should be fine. I texted confirmation and looked forward to meeting her.

In the event the traffic was light and I arrived in plenty of time. Five minutes beforehand I call Jessica, as agreed, for final directions. Her phone rings for a bit then diverts to voicemail, so I leave a message letting her know I'm parked up awaiting directions and look forward to meeting her. I await a call straight back but there's no response.

Maybe she's not quite ready, so I text her at 5.30, but still nothing. Oh dear, this isn't looking good, but I'm very patient so I wait a bit longer and call again... phone rings and rings but I hang up before the voicemail to save my credit. Still nothing... I wait a bit longer and call again. This time it diverts to voicemail immediately - interesting, someone's on Jessica's phone, I wait some more but still nothing. So, 6pm arrives and I'm bored now. I leave a polite but disappointed message and clear off, no plan B this time.

Twenty minutes later I park up and before I go to meet some friends I take a quick look at UKP and UKE. I like to keep up and I can't help taking a look at Jessica95's UKE profile. Imagine my disappointment when I see that she was on UKE at 6.11pm :(

I don't know why she didn't answer or send me a simple cancellation message and I've still heard nothing. So, I'm afraid, despite being a patient and daft sod, and with some regret, it's a negative from me.

Better luck next time I guess.

Inexcusable / indefensible.

Now that she will be made aware of this on UKE, eager to see what she has to say about this.

Some shit kicked off about her a while ago, so she may have joined UKP to respond, I can't recall. Tried to look for members under jess*** but far too many to go through.


Regarding your last sentence, would you still plan to see her?

Some time ago I tried to book her after the rave reviews on here but we failed to get anything sorted and something about her attitude put me off and I deleted her from my HL.  I must be a better judge of character than I thought...   :D

What 20 year old isn't permanently attached to their phone?

I wouldn't book someone of her size anyway, but if I did and I got that bullshit excuse then I wouldn't have tried a second time.

She was one of the options for my ill-fated trip to the EM in December. Unreliability is a real nightmare for me. Nothing worse than being outside the gaff, raring to go and getting no response.

Hi there,

I've made a UKP account, which I've been avoiding doing, as I've just been told via UKE about this review.

I'll say there what I said to the person who tipped me off - I'm totally gutted!

I've just bought a new work phone because I still can't find my old one. It had my calendar (with bookings), all my contacts etc etc etc. I have a google link on my calendar so my personal phone can see that I'm "busy" but it doesn't state what I'm doing, so all I knew was I was meant to be seeing people with no way of telling who if they arranged via phonecall or text. I'm guessing the final time it went straight to voicemail was when the battery finally died on it, which is why I still can't find it and have had to buy a replacement.

I've lost my phone exactly twice - it's so unfortunate that this seems to have been the same person trying to contact me both times!

For what it's worth, I put a notice on my profile and I send AW emails to everyone who had arranged to see me through there. Yes, I left my phone number up because some people search via phone number showing escorts and I didn't want to not show up in search results. If I was on UKE at that time, it would have been when I went on to double check that no one had made bookings through there, as I could contact them through there, explain the situation and apologise.

Obviously, I would totally understand if you didn't want to see me again, but if you believe in third time lucky, I'd be willing to sort something out to make it up to you (I won't post details here lest I get accused of touting) that would hopefully change your mind about me. My new phone should arrive on Friday. If you are saved in my google contacts I should hopefully be able to get some phone numbers back. If it's too late, then all I can do is apologise. If it's not, then please tell me what I can do to fix this - I do believe in excellent customer service and I seem to have failed you.

Thank you for your post and PM on UKE. It takes some steel to come on here and hold your hand up so thank you for doing so. You've had some good reviews so it did seem quite unexpected ie. to happen twice, but hopefully it's now something to leave behind and move on from.

I guess other punters will be cautious for a little while but you have an opportunity now to demonstrate that this was just an unfortunate set of events, and I genuinely hope that you do.

Yes, after some deliberation I've asked Admin to upgrade this to a Neutral review. It's very unfortunate that Jessica mislaid her phone on both occasions that I arranged to see her. She's clearly regretful about what happened, has apologised both here and on UKE, and also offered to make it up to me. It takes some nerve to put your hand up here so fair play to her for doing so.

Some years ago my boss sent me to visit an irate customer. When I was sat in front of him I discovered just how very very irate he was and it wasn't the most pleasant experience! Afterwards, the customer told me he wasn't that angry about the original problem but about the way that our company hadn't dealt with it and he said "Everybody screws up but it's what you do about it that counts".

Jessica has messed up here, but she's also now dealt with it, so in my book she doesn't deserve to be in the same company as my other Negatives and I'm looking forward to seeing her soon.  :thumbsup:
