It's a Cardiff phone number and their blogs suggest they have been recruiting since March 2015, but I've never heard of them before

That is not a Cardiff number - they start 029 20 .. ....... not 0292 1.........

Numbers that start with the 029 area code are for Cardiff and the surrounding area in South Wales. ... There is no technical or official difference between 02920 numbers, 02921 numbers and 02922 numbers - all are available to business and personal customers anywhere in the Cardiff ..
