Sorry for your loss Andy and welcome. But opening up with a post referring to junkies and alkies is not really setting out your stall as the most chivalrous or courteous.

Perhaps start again - tell us who you have had bad experienes with, name and shame, tell us what you are looking for and you may have an entirely different UKP experience.  Just a thought.
