I've been couple of times there.
There is rotation - I'd say every week, maybe 2 weeks.
Girls are Romanians - sometimes you'll meet girl who don't give shit at all - just to finish asap.
Sometimes you'll meet someone better (maybe if the girl is new).
I can't really recommend - unless you like taking risk
Better find someone with good reputation
Edit: I have to say - one thing always was good - is communication. Never had problems with that when going to Brook St.
