I can see why you booked her based on her profile picture as she looks fit, but as you know as soon as you realised it was a bait and switch  and they rolled out an older girl you should have walked, in such circumstances it's always best to say "I booked to see the girl on AW" but they will have their excuses ready of course.

An expensive mistake as I'm sure you don't need reminding
