I've been going to Sakura for years... (well, they used to be on Henry Street in a normal apartment but they since started a proper massage parlor on Seel Street). When you go in there's a receptionist who will try to gauge if you're there for a massage or sex. Don't be shy in asking for sex, you'll be saving her time. By now she knows my face and promptly calls to a girl who is down with full service. The receptionist walks into the room with you, you pay the girl, she hands it to the receptionist (right in front of you!). It's £30 to just walk through the door, £60 for half an hour full service. OR... you could pay the £30 then when you're in the room alone ask what she's willing to do and she'll usually say full service for £20 extra. She'll ask you to strip off and lie down so she can massage you. She might even ask if you'd like to skip the massage - I prefer to skip the massage as it just eats into your time. But some don't even ask, they just start massaging you.
Im not going to give a review of each and every visit because we'd be here all night but what i will say is that the girls are usually not supermodel material. I'd say I've been with about 2 that there under 25 in the 7 years i've been going to Sakura. One was at least 45 and more than half i wouldn't look twice at in the street. But if you're looking to have sex at any time in the day Sakura is the place. AND all of the women have been friendly, smiling and not like some of the eastern Europeans ones who are up their own asses.
Some girls will only do a handjob, some will go for blowjob but about 80% are full service. Make sure you ask the receptionist before though, you don't want to end up in the room, paid your money and end up with a £60 handjob when another girl would have done a lot more.
