Not really some people don't write immediate reviews, a review immediately after can expose some peoples profile and many choose to do it this way.  Other people make them same day and inherently appear more like thank you notes as still on a high.

Remember we are not all into crowd surfing punting, some people like to keep their privacy and don't want ongoing social relations on forums with those they review.

I read the words. I use a broadband provider, one of the big ones. I'm sure many hospitals do too. If I were to post from a hospital that uses the same provider that I do, I would be "in Hospital whilst posting from [my] residential broadband provider"

Now obviously Admin knows this, so I suspect that whatever he reported, it wasn't what you said.
