I arranged a same-day punt with Kendra recently.
Initial comms were good, however when I called her before setting off to see her, her phone was switched off. I tried a few more times, then after 30 minutes gave up and booked another girl.
She contacted me with an apology and excuse later on, which is why which is why this is a neutral and not a negative.
