IME massage girlies are generally better at this.  Quite a few offer T&T - maybe for 20 extra ish.  And they can be good at edging even if they don't offer T&T if you ask nicely.  You could always nip down B&Q & buy some rope in case they don't have any.  But maybe not best idea on the 1st visit [they will be thinking WTF  ] & mention for the 2nd

I have had exactly the session with Sadie (pre pregnancy) Ann (redheaired cutie) and mistress Nia

All very very good at it and with lots of equipment to hand.

I'd also recommend Lola bell who is a natural at it but there is very little talking and it's on a massage table not in a dungeon environment if that matters. Tied to the table of course.
