Never visited the London Retreat, even though is only a stones throw from me. Rightly or wrongly I've always assumed they run a conveyor belt style service and if the appointments aren't running to schedule it can be a bit like visiting the dentist as you sit in the waiting room. Probably a misconception on my part.

Question regarding WS: assuming the action took place in a playroom or dungeon, was the WS performed in situ or did you have to visit the bathroom for this? Did you also get to shower before and after?

I don't know if it is a misconception or not, 385N. It is not something that bothers me too much as long as the place is convenient, give a good service with high standards of cleanliness, towels etc. I have PM'd you on the WS question.
