This scene is created to make a porn movie so to create a fantasy for people who are watching it.
In porn movies this thing is not special, really. Any porn movie about glory hole will have this feature.

In real life you want to find quite similar scene then you will need to find a club which have a glory hole in their premises and the girl who want to get involves in thsi scene. It will not be common, I believe as this scene is not every punter cuppa so prepare to pay a premium rate for this.

Alternatively you will need to create your own porn scene.

Well Not really.  They might be pornstars wannabe or in their early career in porn industry, therefore not well known yet. They might also see this as a gate to test the water to work in porn industry.

But many of Czech girls appear on Czech casting are already on European Babe Index (EBI) which indicates that they are professional pornstars.

I am a fan of the Czech franchise for quite some time, but Czech Fantasy really is my favourite.
As far as I know there is, unfortunately, no organization providing similar experiences for punters.
