Photos on aw are photoshopped.  Yes Sasha is very thin and toned, however the sunbeds have taken their toll and her skin is a bit weathered, and strangely loose around her arse.  Her tits are just starting to sag a bit, and facially it is obvious that she is nowhere near 37.  I don't think you would get much change (if any) out of fifty.
