Meeting WGs in bars

Anyone recommend any bars/clubs/hotel bars where you can pick you WGs?  Which days/times are the best place to meet them.
Am lookin for alternatives to online as at least we can meet the girl in the flesh first and have some banter before deciding to part with cash.
